What if my crate size is smaller than the crate mat dimensions?

For optimal fit, choose a mat that closely matches the crate size. If the mat exceeds the internal dimensions, our orthopedic memory foam mat can compress up to 5cm. If in between sizes and dimensions exceeds more than 5cm, opt for a smaller size with the understanding that it may leave minor gap on the sides.

Do I need to keep or remove the plastic tray that came with the crate?

Once the crate mat is inserted, the plastic tray becomes redundant. Attaching the crate mat at the base with hooks and straps is more convenient without the tray.

How do I find the suitable size for my dog if I'm not using a crate?

Measure your dog while sleeping. Nose to tail base for length, shoulder to floor for width. Add 15–20 cm for comfort.

How do I wash the crate mat?

The cover is removable and machine washable on a gentle cycle. Do not wash the foam insert. Allow the cover to air dry before reassembling.
