Q: What size crate mat does my crate need?

Match the crate: Small fits a 24" standard wire crate, Medium 30", Large 36", XL 42" and XXL 48". A mat up to 5 cm longer than the crate squeezes in neatly.

Q: What makes it the world's 1st all-season dog bed?

An inner pocket takes a self-cooling gel mat for summer, and a faux-fur winter cover with a self-heating layer adds warmth. One orthopaedic base, all year.

Q: Is the bed waterproof?

The inner liner is waterproof and protects the foam. The outer cover is not waterproof, which keeps it free of chemical coatings. It's machine washable.

Q: Will my dog chew through it?

The RipStop™ fabric and bottom zip are built for determined scratchers and diggers. No dog bed is chew-proof, but most owners tell us this is the first bed that lasted.

Q: How does the 10-year no-sag guarantee work?

If the foam loses more than 10% of its original shape within 10 years, email support@kangaroobed.com with your order number and a photo of the foam with the cover off. Our team will take it from there.
