Everything for their first night in the crate. Before you unwrap, check the mat matches your crate (Small 24", Medium 30", Large 36", XL 42", XXL 48").
Give the foam 72 hours
0 hours: unwrap and lay it flat
The foam is vacuum packed for delivery. Cut the plastic carefully, away from the cover, and it starts to rise straight away.
24 hours: most of its shape is back
Your dog can start using it while the foam is still expanding.
72 hours: full thickness and support
Ready for the crate.
In the crate in a minute
1. Insert mattress
Insert the mattress from back zipper, blue foam part facing upwards. Not to confuse with the inner white pocket zipper as thats designed to insert a cooling mat.
Pillow Edge? Slide the bolster foam into its own zip pocket on the back of the pillow edge section.
1. Lay it in the crate
Place the mat flat on the crate floor.
2. Strap it to the bars
Loop each strap around a crate bar and fasten it. Small and Medium have 4 hooks, Large to XXL have 6.
3. Pull snug and check
Tighten the straps so the mat stays flat when your dog digs or circles.
