Give the foam 72 hours
0 hours: unwrap and lay it flat
The foam is vacuum packed for delivery. Cut the plastic carefully, away from the cover, and it starts to rise straight away.
24 hours: most of its shape is back
Your dog can start using it while the foam is still expanding.
72 hours: full height and support
Ready for long, deep sleeps.
Three things to know
1. Insert the foam parts in cover
Follow this video guide on how to insert the foam parts in the cover. The blue memory foam layer towards the top of the orthopaedic base. That's the side your dog sleeps on.
2. The white zip pocket is for summer
The inner white zip pocket holds the Summer Self Cooling Mat. Slide it in when the hot nights arrive.
3. Tuck the zip away
Tuck the zip head into its little pocket, so it isn't your dog's next great discovery.
